Phoebe Moore is an actor based in Dublin. She studied Theatre and Sociology in Trinity College which nurtured a particular interest in socially engaged theatre and the use of arts as a tool for social change. Through her interest in film criticism and collaborating with Young Irish Filmmakers 'Young Critics' programme, Phoebe found herself working as a festival programmer for HERIFF 2020.
